Hi my name is Winston and I'm a qualified tennis coach with over 10 years experience coaching here in Christchurch and in Australia. Last season, I played Interclub in the Division 2 Mens Grade.

Junior Hotshots

Focusing on introductory concepts and tennis fundamentals. Held starting School Terms 1 & 4.

Lesson length 1 hr.
$240 for 16 weeks.
1:6 Coach/Player Ratio.

• Red ball (5-8 years). Build fundamental and perceptual motor skills, key grips, ground strokes, serve, volley and court awareness and game understanding.
• Orange (8-10 years). Progress stroke technique, directional hitting, serving rhythm, basic tactical awareness, and implementation.
• Green (10-12 years). Advance tactical knowledge, spin on ground strokes and serve. 60 mins. Teen Beginner Squad. Build tactical understanding, fundamental technique on all strokes, single and doubles game understanding.
• Teen Social (13+ years). Progress stroke technique, directional hitting, serving rhythm, basic tactical awareness, and implementation.

Adult Beginner Group

Build stroke technique, directional hitting,serving, rhythm, basic tactical awareness and implementation, scoring and doubles understanding. Held starting School Terms 1 & 4.

Adult Intermediate Group

Build consistency on all strokes, develop understanding of tactical fundamentals in doubles and singles, warm up and down routines, match routines. Held starting School Terms 1 & 4.

1-1 Individual Coaching

Adult or Junior Non-Members/Members.
$60 per hour.
